Requests
 
To Reset Mail Passwords or Unlock Stuck Accounts:
You can contact the IST Help Desk at 499-6315 for this service. If you have any problems doing so, please let us know in the Tech Support Office.

New E-Mail/VPN Accounts:
Before reqeusting an e-mail/VPN account for new staff, print out a copy of the Electronic Media Agreement and Application for Staff (requires VPN access). Fill out the first and last name, and middle initial, have the new employee and their supervisor sign the form, then send it to the Tech Support Office. We'll sign it, and forward it to the director, and request the new accounts from IST.

All Other Account Requests:
To close accounts for departing staff, contact us by phone or e-mail to request service.

To Report Problems:
Contact us by phone (506-3157 x19) or e-mail ( teclibsupport@co.marin.ca.us.

To Request a Project
If the work you are requesting constitutes a project (something new, something that isn't broken, some change you want made to your tech equipment) fill out the Technology Project Request form and send copies of Libby Flynn and Gail Haar. You can e-mail the Tech Support Office to request information that would help to fill out a project request, but work that is deemed to be a project (and not a repair) must be requested using the form.
